- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Completed the run analysis and was blown away. It is a comprehensive two hour session where your overall mobility and running form is evaluated. Mike Turner films you running from all angles, then goes over the footage with you frame by frame to identify areas in which you can improve. He then works on drills with you for the remainder of the session to help you feel the difference and feel the correct running form.
