- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kim Caswell and her staff is amazing! They are all warm and welcoming! I interviewed several orthodontists and selected her because of her technology. My son did not have to wear head gear as other orthodontists had suggested! Her Ward Avenue office is beautiful! Also I get appointment reminders electronically, thank you cards in the mail, and my son loves the movie invitations! Best of all, Dr. Caswell and her staff speaks to my shy, 11-year old like a real person. He just loves going to her office!
