- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THE PHONES AREN'T GOOD. Their caller service is state-wide and the Honolulu location has late hours, so after 5pm the phone stops working. They should fix this, but you may just have to go to the office to get any answers. If you're unemployed and uninsured, your visits are FREE and they've got no shortage of helpful advice, pamphlets, medications you can receive for free as well, and very kind personnel. Be aware that the office recently switched over to digital records, so they're still learning the new system. Health care is complicated enough already! And make sure you walk out the door with YOUR prescription and it has a DOCTOR'S SIGNATURE on it. I had to go back twice because they kept forgetting "minor" details. Parking is available at the foot of the building for $1.00/30 minutes or $3.00 max. There is more parking around the backside of the building that is reserved until 5pm, so late appointments can park there at no charge.July 24, 2017by Kirsten Moy
